What's a motto?

What a motor with you ;)

We worry about life too much. We worry about our future. We worry about our past. We worry about our present. We worry about the what's; what we have to lose, what people might think of us, what might be. We worry about the what if's too; what if this turns bad, what if I fail, what if I couldn't survive. We worry about lot of things. Most of which are either uncertain or simply ... made up scenarios.

Hence, we spend tremendous amount of time and energy worrying that we have became too occupied to be happy. Worrying pulls us back from keep going. Worrying dumps us in the dark. It is a depressing state that has ruined many lives.

Psychologically, worrying could lead to heightened anxiety and anxiety could trigger many physical and mental illnesses. This is due to the fact that anxiety could affect one's brain chemistry in a way that could alter future thoughts and your body (CalmClinic.com). Fuh.

To keep your brain and yourself at its best condition, stop worrying too much. Sometimes, it is hard not to feel too worried especially for women. Let's face it. Women do a lot of overthinking. In this post, I would like to suggest a mantra or a motto. It is;

Hakuna Matata which is a Swahili phrase for 'don't worry, be happy' is a universal philosophy which teaches us not to be worry and enjoy life. If there's something worrying you much, say this phrase out loud. It helps, at least for me. Or if it is not, give this a listen then sing along when possible:

Who would not fall for Timon, Pumba and Simon?
