That is Amazing

Currently is watching Waiting for Superman.
It is a superb educational documentary.
It has successfully uncovered real situations in the United States.

I am stunned by the principals attitude.
They pop into classes to see how their teachers are doing.
They walk alongside with their students only to discover their opinions on their teachers and education.
It is a very student-centered approach rather than teacher-centered.
I agree that it is better to investigate students perception on their school and their education instead of asking teachers on how they think their students are progressing.
Teachers know their students but students know themselves better.

I adore them.
They are principals neither because they were once being promoted nor they are fond of greater pay,
But because they realise the harm schools bring to students.
They bring changes and work hard for days and nights just to see students development.

I wish one day, I am able to witness a big sum of principals walking into classes and be more available for students.
