Restless
Dear doctor (as if Im writing to a doc. kihkih),
I have this problem, I always have a good goodnight sleep every night. I sleep for 8 hours per night and I sleep at the most optimal time which is 10pm-6am or 9pm-5am. I take a number of vitamins every morning which contain of: EPO, Cod Liver Oil, Multivitamin and Collagen *must have ;)*. But the problem is, I always get exhausted even I do nothing. Huh.
Thinking of joining gym and Akido this year. Wish me luck. I obviously need more energy this semester. Huih.
